Healing Guide video tutorial | Sit-Back Attack

Healing is an absolute must in Sit-Back Attack. Fortunately the options of how you can heal are vast. Nearly every utility skill has a heal or shield effect associated with it. Here are a few ideas and tips to keep in mind while making your perfect healer.

Healing Types:

Direct: Direct heals would be the heals like “Cure” who’s soul intention is to restore HP immediately.

Regenerative: Regenerative heals typically do less initial healing than direct, leaving a regen effect that triggers additional healing on that target's turn.

  • Note: Regenerative heals can bloom, causing massive healing to all party members and leaving the Regen buff on all party members except the one that bloomed.

Shield: Some heals do not restore HP, instead creating a barrier that absorbs damage. Paired with a good direct or Regenerative heal this can essentially double your team's HP!

Tips:

Prowess: Prowess is not only good for increasing DoT damage, it also increases HoT healing!

Bulwark: This increases the potency of shields. Doubling your HP even faster!

Utility heals: While not every spell was intended to be a heal, just about any skill can be a heal. Take Prescribed Dose for example. While its intended purpose is an AoE buff. With enough mind and healing passives it can become a powerful AoE heal that also buffs!

There are a ton of great healing options to pick from, even a ranger with bandage can keep a party up if geared right. So keep an open mind and try out some fun builds.
